Contains the antihistamine chlorpheniramine maleate. Relieves runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing.

● Dosage and Administration
Take the following single dose with water or warm water preferably within 30 minutes after meals.

Adults (15 years and older): 2 capsules: 3 times
7 years and older but under 15 years: 1 capsule: 3 times
Under 7 years: Do not take
<Precautions related to Dosage and Administration>
(1) Strictly follow the dosage and administration instructions.
(2) When giving to children aged 7 to 14, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) How to remove capsules: Press firmly on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the capsules with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and swallow the capsule.
(Accidentally swallowing the capsule as is may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa.)

Acetaminophen 500 mg
Ethenzamide 400 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate 7.5 mg
dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride 40 mg

1. Do not take if you:
(1) Have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients.
(2) Have experienced asthma triggered by this medicine or other cold or antipyretic analgesic drugs.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product:
Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussives and expectorants, oral antihistamines (such as oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness, allergy medications, etc.)
3. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking this medicine
(Symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal glare may occur.)
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
5. Do not use for a long period continuously.

(1) Are receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist.
(2) Are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
(3) Are breastfeeding.

(7) Have symptoms such as high fever or difficulty urinating.
(8) Have been diagnosed with thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver disease, kidney disease, stomach or duodenal ulcer, or glaucoma.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine, stop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document as these may be side effects:

Shock (Anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking, itching skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, confusion, etc.
Stevens-Johnson syndrome: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip erosion, sore throat, widespread rash or redness on the skin that persists or rapidly worsens.
Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread skin redness, systemic rash, fever, fatigue, swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.)
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or whites of eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling all over the body, general fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting slightly, dry cough, fever, which may appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: Wheezing or whistling when breathing, difficulty breathing.
Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, blood in urine.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
3. The following symptoms may appear; if they persist or worsen, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document:
Dry mouth, drowsiness
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses (especially if fever lasts more than 3 days or recurs), stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
