- Persons who are pregnant or may be pregnant
- Persons who have previously experienced allergic symptoms or asthma caused by medicines or similar products
- Persons who have previously experienced allergic symptoms (e.g., rash, redness, itching) from other antihistamines, motion sickness medicines, cold medicines, antitussive expectorants, or similar products
- Persons with the following symptom: difficulty urinating
- Persons diagnosed with: glaucoma (e.g., eye pain, blurred vision), heart disease
- If the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine, they may be side effects. Stop taking it immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document
- Skin: rash/redness, itching / Urinary system: difficulty urinating / Circulatory system: elevated blood pressure
- The following serious symptoms may rarely occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately
- Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale-looking skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and lightheaded, blood in urine, etc.
- Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
- The following symptoms may appear after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking it and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document: dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, diarrhea
- If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days of use, stop taking this medicine and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document
