Mytear Pinto Care 40 Medical is a Class III OTC eye drop used for eye fatigue, conjunctival redness, cloudy vision, itchiness, and related symptoms. It combines cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) and neostigmine methylsulfate, intended to support focus adjustment, with chlorpheniramine maleate to help ease redness and itchiness, taurine to help support corneal repair, and sodium chondroitin sulfate ester to help protect the cornea. It offers a cooling, clean, and refreshing feel on application.

- If cloudy vision does not improve, or if symptoms do not improve after about 2 weeks of use, stop use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
- Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses.
- Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes (the solution may become contaminated or cloudy). Do not use if the solution is cloudy.
- Strictly follow the dosage and administration. Use only for instillation in the eyes.
- Store tightly closed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Do not leave in places that may become hot, such as inside a car or near heating appliances.
- Store out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or a change in quality).
- Do not put other substances into the container for use. Do not share with others.
- Do not use products past the expiration date. Even within the expiration date, use promptly after opening the inner pouch.
- Depending on storage conditions, crystals of ingredients from the solution may form around the tip of the container or inside the cap. In that case, gently wipe them off with clean gauze before use.
- This product is a red eye drop; take care not to get it on clothing, etc. If it does, rinse it off with water right away.
