Things to keep in mind when using it

Synchro Fit is not a tampon, so do not insert it into the vagina.
Do not reuse Synchro Fit after removing it; replace it with a new one every time you use the toilet.
Synchro Fit is designed to be used with a napkin. Do not use Synchro Fit by itself.
Even if the napkin is not soiled, replace it at least once a day.
The napkin used with Synchro Fit cannot be flushed down the toilet. Be careful not to accidentally flush Synchro Fit.
