Physter LX Tape Large is a transdermal analgesic and anti-inflammatory tape from Teikoku Pharma Care Co., Ltd. (manufactured by Kyukyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) containing loxoprofen sodium hydrate as the active ingredient. Apply once daily to the affected area; the active ingredient is absorbed through the skin to help ease symptoms such as pain and swelling. The large size is easy to use on wider areas such as the lower back and shoulders, and it uses a highly stretchable, high-density woven fabric that conforms more easily to joints such as the knees and elbows and can be reapplied. Do not use more than 2 patches per day. This product is a medicine that only helps ease symptoms such as pain and swelling. Use only when symptoms are present. If you are sweating or the affected area is wet, wipe thoroughly before use. If you have sensitive skin, first apply a 1–2 cm square piece to the inner arm for at least half a day and confirm there is no abnormality before use. Do not use continuously for more than 2 weeks.

⚠️ Precautions for Use

Do not use if: you have ever had allergic symptoms to this product or its ingredients; you have ever had allergic symptoms or asthma after taking this product or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines; you are a child under 15 years of age.
Do not use on the following areas: around the eyes, mucous membranes, or affected areas with eczema, rash, wounds, dermatitis, athlete’s foot, ringworm, etc.
While using this product, do not use other topical analgesic anti-inflammatory medicines.
Do not use continuously for more than 2 weeks.
If symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, skin irritation, swelling, a stinging sensation, blisters, or sores appear after use, stop use immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller.
Shock (anaphylaxis): If hives, facial swelling, nausea, decreased consciousness, or similar symptoms appear soon after use, seek medical attention immediately.
If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days of use, stop use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller (another condition may be present).
If you are under a physician’s care, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller before use.
Use of this product may affect urine and stool test values. If you are under a physician’s care, inform them of this.
Excipients: styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin, polyisobutylene, dibutylhydroxytoluene, liquid paraffin, isopropyl myristate, l-menthol, and 2 other ingredients.
