Muhi Children's Rhinitis Syrup S1 is an oral medication for children formulated with ingredients effective for various symptoms such as acute rhinitis caused by colds and allergic rhinitis due to pollen.
● It is a syrup with a "strawberry flavor" that children like. The design features "Anpanman," making it easy to give to young children.
● Developed for children aged 3 months to under 7 years as an oral medication for rhinitis.

【Designated Class 2 OTC Drug】

● Efficacy/Effects
Relief of the following symptoms caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis: sneezing, runny nose (excess nasal discharge), nasal congestion, watery eyes, sore throat, heavy head sensation.

<Precautions related to Efficacy/Effects>

● Dosage and Administration
Take three times a day after each meal and, if necessary, before bedtime. Depending on the situation, it can be taken up to six times a day at approximately 4-hour intervals.
[Age: Single dose]
3 years and older but under 7 years: 10 mL
1 year and older but under 3 years: 7.5 mL
6 months and older but under 1 year: 6 mL
3 months and older but under 6 months: 5 mL
Under 3 months: Do not administer
● Measure the dose with the attached measuring cup and take it.

<Precautions related to Dosage and Administration>
(1) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) For infants under 2 years old, prioritize consulting a doctor and only administer if unavoidable.

● Ingredients/Quantity
Per 60 mL:
Chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg
dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg
Licorice extract 42.5 mg (Licorice 170 mg)

The syrup color comes from licorice extract and caramel.
■ This product does not contain egg or milk-derived ingredients.

● Precautions for Use
This product is for children, but general precautions for oral rhinitis medications are described.
■ Do not do (Contraindications)
(Failure to follow may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents)
1. Do not use any of the following medications while taking this product:
 Other oral rhinitis medications, oral medications containing antihistamines (cold medicines, cough and expectorant medicines, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.).
2. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this product
 (Sleepiness or other symptoms may occur.)
3. Do not use for a long period continuously.

■ Consult
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking if you:
 (1) Are receiving medical treatment.
 (2) Are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
 (3) Are breastfeeding.
 (4) Are elderly.
 (5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines.
 (6) Have the following symptoms:
  High fever, difficulty urinating
 (7) Have been diagnosed with:
  Glaucoma, diabetes, thyroid disorders, heart disease, high blood pressure
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this product, they may be side effects. Stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

 Rarely, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.

Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria, etc.
Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this product. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document:
 Dry mouth, drowsiness.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of use, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

● Precautions for Storage and Handling
(1) Store tightly closed in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container (may cause misuse or quality changes).
(4) Wash the attached measuring cup well with water each time after use and keep it clean with the product.
(5) The syrup may solidify; wipe the bottle mouth well before closing the cap tightly each time before use.
(6) Do not use the product past the expiration date (year and month are printed on the case and bottle). Even within the expiration date, consume as soon as possible after opening to maintain quality.
(7) This product contains herbal ingredients and may occasionally produce sediment, but this does not affect efficacy. Shake well before use.
