How to Wash Dishes and Cooking Utensils

Apply 1–2 mL to a wet sponge
Apply an appropriate amount (1–2 mL) of detergent to a wet sponge or similar item. As a guide, 1 level teaspoon used for cooking is approximately 5 mL.

Lather lightly, then wash the dishes and cooking utensils.

Rinse thoroughly according to the method used
When rinsing under running water, rinse for at least 5 seconds. When using standing water, change the water and rinse at least twice. Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
