🌱 Brand Story
Since Dr. Max Morgenthaler invented coffee powder that locked in the original aroma of coffee beans in 1938, "Nescafé" has continued technological innovation with the desire to deliver delicious coffee anytime. Since its arrival in Japan in 1960, it has supported the development of Japanese coffee culture.
"Nescafé Espresso Base" was born from a project started by Nestlé Global in response to the growing worldwide demand for iced coffee. The Japan team worked persistently with the global team to create a new coffee experience preferred by Japanese consumers, who enjoy mixing coffee with various drinks. They carefully arranged the aroma, taste, and concept for the Japanese market. The product manager personally developed 50 original recipes over 3 to 4 months, putting the desire for even those who dislike coffee to step into a new coffee world into one bottle.
