Mentholatum Medic Quick E is a treatment that quickly relieves recurring itchiness in the ears and other areas.
Contains six active ingredients
■ Suppresses itching
Crotamiton (anti-itch ingredient)
l-Menthol (cooling ingredient)
■ Soothes inflammation that causes itching and disinfects the affected area
Prednisolone Valerate Acetate (ante-drug steroid / anti-inflammatory ingredient)
Glycyrrhetinic Acid (anti-inflammatory ingredient)
Isopropyl Methylphenol (disinfectant ingredient)
■ Repairs rough skin
Allantoin (skin repair ingredient)
This product can also be used on skin other than inside the ears.
■ What is recurring ear itchiness?
The skin inside the ear is sensitive to external stimuli, and actions such as ear cleaning or wearing earphones can worsen inflammation, causing recurring itchiness. To treat persistent itching, it is important to avoid stimulating actions like ear cleaning and to firmly soothe the itching and inflammation.

● Dosage and Administration
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area several times a day.

<Precautions related to Dosage and Administration>
1. Strictly follow the dosage and administration instructions.
2. When using on children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
3. Avoid contact with eyes. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. If symptoms are severe, consult an ophthalmologist.
4. For external use only.
5. Before use, point the container upward and press the tip with your finger to remove air inside.
<Precautions when using on the skin inside the ear>
(1) This product is not an ear drop. Do not drop it directly into the ear canal.
(2) To prevent the liquid from dripping deep into the ear, be sure to follow the 【Instructions for Using the Container When Applying to the Skin Inside the Ear】.
(3) Do not use for a long period (about 2 weeks as a guideline).
(4) If you suspect a perforated eardrum or have ear discharge, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use.
(5) If hearing becomes impaired after use, stop using and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.
(6) Do not use on children under 10 years old. Also, do not allow children under 15 years old to use it alone.
(7) Do not use earphones or hearing aids immediately after applying this product; wait until it is completely dry (about 1 hour as a guideline).
【Instructions for Using the Container When Applying to the Skin Inside the Ear】
■ Always follow these usage instructions.
■ This product is not an ear drop. Do not drop it directly into the ear canal.
* Cotton swabs are not included with this product.
(1) Use on a desk covered with tissue or similar to prevent spills.
(Excess liquid may overflow. Be careful not to get it on clothing, etc.)
(2) Lightly press the tip of the container vertically against a cotton swab. Press for a few seconds so the tip retracts slightly, and liquid will come out gradually. Repeat several times to soak the entire cotton swab.
(3) Apply to the affected area with the cotton swab soaked with the liquid.
* Do not insert the cotton swab deep into the ear canal.
Do not press the main body of the container strongly. Excess liquid may come out.
When applying the liquid to the skin inside the ear, do not insert the cotton swab deep into the ear canal or eardrum to avoid injury. Hold about 1.5 cm below the tip of the cotton ball and apply gently without rubbing.

1. Do not use on the following areas:
(1) Areas affected by chickenpox, tinea pedis or tinea corporis, or suppurating areas
(2) Eyes, around the eyes, lips, or mucous membranes
2. Do not use extensively on the face.
3. Do not use for a long period.

● Precautions for Storage and Handling
(1) Store tightly closed in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (May cause misuse or quality changes)
(4) Do not use products past the expiration date (printed on the outer box).
(5) This product contains alcohol, so be careful not to get it on earphones, hearing aids, glasses, accessories, watches, bedding, furniture, floors, synthetic fiber products, plastics, leather products, etc. (Depending on the material, it may be difficult to remove or may discolor.)
(6) May cause color fading if it gets on dyed hair.
(7) Keep away from fire.
