For relatively robust individuals who sometimes complain of lower abdominal pain, stiff shoulders, heaviness in the head, dizziness, hot flashes with cold feet, and the following conditions: irregular menstruation, menstrual abnormalities, menstrual pain, menopausal disorders, blood-related symptoms, stiff shoulders, dizziness, heaviness in the head, bruises (contusions), chilblains, blemishes, eczema/dermatitis, acne.

● Dosage and Administration
Take the following amounts with water or hot water before meals.
