● Dosage and Administration
When you have difficulty falling asleep or light sleep, take the following single dose once a day before bedtime with water or hot water without chewing.

<Precautions related to Dosage and Administration>
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) Taking more than 2 tablets at one time may cause unpleasant symptoms such as nervous excitement and may paradoxically cause insomnia.
(3) Do not take except before bedtime.
(4) How to take out the tablets
Press the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets firmly with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back and take out the tablets to drink.
(If swallowed accidentally as is, it may cause unexpected accidents such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)

(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen, and side effects or accidents may occur more easily)
1. Do not take if you are:
(1) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.
(2) A child under 15 years old.
(3) Someone who has chronic insomnia.
(4) Diagnosed with insomnia.
2. Do not take any of the following medicines while taking this product:
Other hypnotics and sedatives, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, cough expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines (oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.)
3. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
(Drowsiness may cause accidents. Also, if drowsiness or fatigue continues until the next day after taking this medicine, do not drive vehicles or operate machinery until these symptoms disappear.)
4. Nursing mothers should either not take this medicine or avoid breastfeeding while taking it.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
6. Limit use to times when you have difficulty falling asleep or light sleep; do not use continuously.
