"Legendary Karaage Powder" is a special frying powder developed by the milling manufacturer Nippn (Nippon Flour Mills). Just coat the chicken and fry to get authentic karaage with a crispy outside and juicy inside. Each pack contains 100g (enough for about 2 chicken thighs or 500g).
The lineup includes Rich soy sauce flavor and Rich garlic flavor. The rich soy sauce flavor contains no garlic or ginger, highlighting the natural taste of chicken with a secret recipe. The rich garlic flavor has a strong garlic aroma that leaves a lasting delicious taste.
Four features

How to use (basic recipe)
- Cut about 500g of chicken (thigh or breast) into bite-sized pieces.
- Put chicken in a plastic bag, add one packet (100g) of this product, and shake well.
- Fry in oil at 170–180°C until golden brown, about 4–5 minutes.
- Take out once, cook through with residual heat, then fry twice for an even crispier finish.
*Using chicken breast makes it healthier. It can also be used for frying fish and vegetables besides chicken.
Storage and handling precautions
- Store away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and humidity.
- After opening, close with a clip or similar and use promptly.
- Please be cautious if you have allergies to wheat, eggs, or milk ingredients.
- Manage the temperature of frying oil and handle fire with great care.
