■ Do not do (Contraindications)

1. Do not take if you:
　(1) Have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients.
　(2) Have experienced asthma after taking this medicine or other cold or antipyretic analgesic drugs.
　(3) Have symptoms of difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement.
　(4) Have been diagnosed with hypertension, heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, or diabetes.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this medicine:
　Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, cough expectorants, oral antihistamines (including oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness, allergies, hypnotics and sedatives), gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics, or oral medicines containing tranexamic acid.
3. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
　(Symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal glare may occur.)
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
5. Do not use continuously for a long time.

　(3) Are breastfeeding.
　(4) Are elderly.
　(5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines.

　(7) Have been diagnosed with liver disease, kidney disease, gastric or duodenal ulcer, glaucoma, thrombosis (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis), or are at risk of thrombosis.
　(8) Are being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (e.g., selegiline hydrochloride).
　(9) Have experienced insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremors, or palpitations from cold medicines, cough expectorants, or oral rhinitis medicines.
　(10) Are taking oral medicines containing parasympathetic nerve blockers (belladonna total alkaloids, isopropamide iodide, Rohto extract, etc.).
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine, stop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document, as they may be side effects:

Others: Excessive lowering of body temperature, facial flushing, abnormal glare

Shock (Anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking, itching skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, confusion of consciousness, etc.
Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip erosion, sore throat, widespread rash and redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general fatigue, loss of appetite, persistent or rapidly worsening symptoms.
Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread skin redness, systemic rash, fever, fatigue, swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.).
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting oneself, dry cough, fever, sudden onset or persistence of symptoms.
Asthma: Wheezing, difficulty breathing.
Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, blood in urine.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
3. The following symptoms may occur; if they persist or worsen, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document:
Constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness, blurred vision
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses (especially if fever lasts more than 3 days or recurs), stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.

● Precautions for Storage and Handling
(1) Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
