●Dosage and Administration
For prevention of motion sickness, take 1 tablet once 30 minutes before boarding a vehicle or ship.
If additional doses are needed, take 1 tablet at intervals of 4 hours or more.

Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet: up to 2 times
Children under 15 years: Do not take
