Relief of constipation and symptoms associated with constipation such as heavy head, hot flashes, eczema, dermatitis, pimples (acne), loss of appetite, abdominal distension, abnormal intestinal fermentation, and hemorrhoids.

● Dosage and Administration
Take the following amount before bedtime without chewing, with water or lukewarm water.
For the first time, start with the minimum dose and adjust by increasing or decreasing by half to one tablet while monitoring bowel condition, up to the maximum dose below.

Adults (15 years and older): 1 to 3 tablets: 2 to 4 tablets: once a day
Children (5 to 14 years): half to 1.5 tablets: 1 to 2 tablets: once a day
Under 5 years: Do not use
