Dosage steps
Confirm timing of intake after meals
Take after each meal in the morning, noon, and evening. Avoid taking between meals or on an empty stomach.
Take 2 capsules at a time
Open the bottle cap and take out 2 capsules. Close the cap tightly immediately after taking them out.
Take with water or lukewarm water
Swallow capsules with at least half a glass of water or lukewarm water (no tea or juice).
Continuous Use and Regular Testing
Take continuously 3 times a day. After about one month, check cholesterol levels at a medical institution to confirm effectiveness.
