"Pokka Lemon 100" is a concentrated and reconstituted 100% lemon juice manufactured and sold by Pokka Sapporo Food & Beverage. It uses carefully selected lemons from around the world including Argentina, Israel, and Italy, and is finished without preservatives. You can easily use authentic lemon juice anytime without the hassle of cutting or squeezing lemons.
The 120ml and 450ml sizes are certified as Foods with Function Claims, with reported function to lower elevated blood pressure (systolic blood pressure). A versatile seasoning that can be widely used in daily cooking and drinks from a few drops to tablespoons.

The concentrate and reconstitution method retains the original vitamin C and citric acid of lemons. Features a refreshing acidity and mellow richness.
