Lactic acid bacteria

Contains three types: Bifidobacterium, faecalis, and acidophilus. Bifidobacterium resides from the lower small intestine through the large intestine, producing lactic acid and acetic acid to enhance intestinal regulation. Faecalis bacteria mainly reside in the small intestine, multiply quickly, and help suppress the growth of harmful bacteria. Acidophilus bacteria mainly reside in the small intestine, produce lactic acid, and help restore a disrupted intestinal flora.

Brewer’s yeast

Dried yeast (brewer’s yeast) contains vitamins including vitamin-related compounds, amino acids including essential amino acids, minerals, dietary fiber, and more.
