Thoroughly pursuing peel resistance!
Voltaren that resists peeling even when moving
After 20 years since the release of medical Voltaren Tape,
Voltaren EX Tape is reborn.
Adhesion is strengthened, making it resistant to peeling even with movement.
Yet, the burden on the skin remains unchanged.
Voltaren's three proud actions firmly approach pain.
❶ Pain relief

When tissue is damaged, a substance called arachidonic acid is produced from the cell membrane, and enzymes (cyclooxygenase) within the cell membrane convert it into prostaglandins, which cause pain. The action of these prostaglandins triggers pain and inflammation.
The active ingredient diclofenac in Voltaren directly inhibits the action of cyclooxygenase, preventing arachidonic acid from becoming prostaglandins, thereby reducing pain and inflammation.
❷ Penetration
N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone creates slight gaps in the stratum corneum on the skin surface, allowing diclofenac to penetrate through these gaps to the inflamed area.

❸ Duration
When applied, the active ingredient diclofenac quickly penetrates, is maintained at a constant concentration, and lasts for 24 hours.
