Excedrin A is an antipyretic analgesic containing acetaminophen and aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). Acetaminophen acts on pain transmission, while aspirin acts on the source of pain, making it suitable for severe pain such as headaches, menstrual pain, and lower back pain. Its tablets are designed to disintegrate quickly using the proprietary FASTab technology and contain dried aluminum hydroxide Gel, a stomach lining protective ingredient.

- This is a Designated Class 2 OTC Drug. Read the package insert carefully before taking it.
- Do not take this medicine if you have ever experienced allergic symptoms caused by this medicine or any of its ingredients; if you have developed asthma after taking this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines; if you are under 15 years of age; or if you are within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.
- Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
- Do not use continuously for a long period.
- Before taking this medicine, consult a physician, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if you have been diagnosed with any of the following: gastric or duodenal ulcer, blood disorder, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, or an allergic constitution.
- Avoid taking this medicine together with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives.
- If symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine, consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.
- Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Store out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer this product to another container.
- Do not take products after their expiration date.
