It is a crafted sauce using honjozo soy sauce as the main ingredient and luxuriously using premium bonito flakes and bonito extract. Because it is a double-concentrated type, it can be diluted with an appropriate amount of water and widely used as dipping sauce for somen, udon, and soba, as well as seasoning for simmered dishes and seasoned rice.
Expiration date is 12 months from the manufacturing date. Ingredients include soy sauce, sugar, rice fermented seasoning, sake, bonito flakes, bonito extract, hydrolyzed protein, yeast extract, etc., making it a versatile sauce with sharp umami suitable for all kinds of Japanese cuisine.
