Dosage and Administration
Take the following amount by chewing it or allowing it to dissolve in your mouth.

Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets, 3 times a day, morning, noon and night
Ages 7 to 14: 1 tablet, 3 times a day, morning, noon and night
Under 7 years old: Do not take
