- The following people should not use this medicine: people who have experienced allergic symptoms caused by this medicine or its ingredients; people who have developed asthma after taking this medicine or other fever reducers and painkillers or cold medicines; children under 15 years of age; and pregnant people within 12 weeks of their expected delivery date.
- Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking this medicine (drowsiness may occur).
- Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
- Do not use continuously for a long period. Take this medicine only when symptoms are present.
- The following people should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this medicine: people receiving medical treatment; pregnant people or those who may be pregnant; people who are breastfeeding; Elderly; people who have experienced allergic symptoms caused by medicines or other substances; people with gastrointestinal disorders such as gastric or duodenal ulcers; people with blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, or heart disease; people with systemic lupus erythematosus; people with mixed connective tissue disease; and people diagnosed with ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease.
- If symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, dizziness, or swelling occur after taking this medicine, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.
- Rarely, serious symptoms such as shock (anaphylaxis), Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, asthma attacks, liver dysfunction, kidney disorders, and aseptic meningitis have been reported. If you notice anything unusual, stop taking the medicine immediately and seek medical attention.
- Avoid taking this medicine with other fever reducers and painkillers, cold medicines, sedatives, or motion sickness medicines.
- If symptoms do not improve after taking 5–6 doses, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.
