MECHANISM How pain occurs · Dual-block causes

Diagram of prostaglandin and bradykinin pain mechanisms and dual block

When prostaglandins are produced in the body, bradykinin generates pain.
Ibuprofen inhibits prostaglandin production and suppresses the source of pain at the periphery,
while acetaminophen eases the transmission of pain to the brain (central nervous system).
This dual block via two different pathways firmly addresses tough pain. (Conceptual illustration)

OVERVIEW Product overview

Eve Three Shot Premium is an antipyretic analgesic developed by SSP Co., Ltd. It combines the analgesic ingredients ibuprofen 195 mg and acetaminophen 195 mg (per adult single dose) and uses a “dual analgesic ingredients※1” formula that approaches pain via two pathways—peripheral and central. With its proprietary Quick Action formula, magnesium oxide speeds the dissolution of ibuprofen to help achieve a faster onset of analgesic effect. Magnesium oxide also acts as a gastric mucosal protective ingredient, with consideration for gentleness on the stomach. In addition, because it contains no drowsy ingredients, it can be taken without worry during work or while out. It is a Class 1 OTC drug that addresses a wide range of pain, including headache, menstrual pain, and shoulder stiffness pain.

FAQ Frequently asked questions

If I use pain relievers correctly, is the burden on the body large?
Except in cases such as when the medicine does not suit your body, when used correctly in accordance with the dosage and administration and the precautions for use, burden on the body or development of tolerance is generally unlikely. However, using pain relievers on 10 or more days a month is generally considered overuse and may lead to headaches (medication-overuse headache), so caution is needed. (From information published on the official website)
I’m concerned about the burden on my stomach.
Eve Three Shot Premium contains magnesium oxide, which protects the gastric mucosa. However, some antipyretic analgesic ingredients can cause gastrointestinal disorders, so it is recommended to take the medicine preferably avoiding an empty stomach. (From information published on the official website)
Can I take it during work? Will it make me sleepy?
Eve Three Shot Premium contains no drowsy ingredients, so when you feel pain during work or while out, you can take it without worry. (From information published on the official website)
