Coat f AT Cream contains the topical steroid prednisolone isovalerate acetate ester (PVA), which gently suppresses the "inflammation" that is the root cause of these symptoms. It is a cream-type topical agent that can also be used for eczema and dermatitis in children whose skin barrier function is immature.
