Out of the 4,516 poems in the Manyoshu, 596 were composed in this beautiful land of Chikushi.
Chikushi Mochi conveys the openness and simplicity of these Manyo people through its sweets, passing it down to the present.
Mochi made deliciously by kneading "Hiyoku rice" from the Chikushi plain with carefully selected water.
The roasted soybeans are peeled with exquisite roasting, and the Powder, which brings out the aroma and sweetness to the fullest, spreads its savory fragrance every time you take a bite, offering an exceptional and refined flavor.
