"Kids Bufferin Cold Syrup S" is a syrup-type cold medicine for children from 3 months to under 7 years old.
Five types of active ingredients alleviate various cold symptoms such as fever, cough, and runny nose that drain children's physical strength.

● Dosage and Administration
Take the following single dose three times a day after each meal and before bedtime if necessary.
You may take it up to six times a day at intervals of 4 hours if needed.

6 months and older but under 1 year: 6 mL
3 months and older but under 6 months: 5 mL

(1) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.

● How to pour: Place the bottle mouth against the edge of the measuring cup when pouring. Pouring without contact may cause syrup to drip on the bottle mouth, which can harden and make the cap difficult to open.

This product is for children, but general precautions for cold medicines are described.
■Do not do (Contraindications)

1. Do not take if you:
(1) Have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
(2) Have had asthma triggered by this product or other cold medicines or antipyretic analgesics.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product:
Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussives and expectorants, antihistamine-containing oral medicines (oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.)
3. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking this medicine (drowsiness may occur).
4. Nursing mothers should avoid taking this medicine or avoid breastfeeding if taking it.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
6. Do not take continuously for a long period.

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip erosion, sore throat, widespread rash and redness on the skin, small bumps (small pustules) on reddened skin, general fatigue, loss of appetite, etc. persist or worsen rapidly.
Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness of the skin, systemic rash, fever, fatigue, swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.) appear.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite, etc. appear.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea, etc. appear.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting slightly, dry cough, fever, etc. appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: Wheezing or whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing, etc. appear.

●Precautions for Storage and Handling
(1) Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or quality changes).
(4) Wash the measuring cup with water after use and keep it clean.
(5) Do not use the product after the expiration date.
(6) If the cap is difficult to open, soak the cap part in hot water (50–60°C) for 2–3 minutes to make it easier to open.
