Bufferin has products with different active ingredients. The antipyretic and analgesic ingredient in this product is acetaminophen. When consulting a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller, please inform them that it is an acetaminophen-based cold medicine.
"Bufferin Junior Cold Medicine a" is a comprehensive cold medicine developed for elementary and junior high school students (5 years old and above but under 15 years old) to take the appropriate amount according to their growth.

● Dosage and Administration
Take the following amount within 30 minutes after meals with water or lukewarm water.

5 years old and above but under 7 years old: 2 tablets: 3 times

(3) How to take out the tablets
Press the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets strongly with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back and take out the tablet to swallow (swallowing it as is by mistake may cause unexpected accidents such as piercing the esophageal mucosa).

This product is for children, but general precautions for cold medicines are described.
■Do not do (Contraindications)
(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen or side effects/accidents may occur more easily)
1. Do not take if you fall under the following:
(1) Those who have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
(2) Those who have had asthma caused by this product or other cold medicines or antipyretic analgesics.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product:
Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussives and expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines (oral medicines for rhinitis, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.)
3. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking this medicine (drowsiness may occur).
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
5. Do not take continuously for a long time.

Rarely, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.

Toxic epidermal necrolysis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip erosion, sore throat, widespread rash and redness of the skin, small bumps (small pustules) on reddened skin, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. persist or rapidly worsen.
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip erosion, sore throat, widespread rash and redness of the skin, small bumps (small pustules) on reddened skin, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. persist or rapidly worsen.
Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness of the skin, systemic rash, fever, malaise, swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.) appear.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), dark urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. appear.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, general malaise, joint pain, diarrhea, etc. appear.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting slightly, dry cough, fever, etc. appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: Wheezing or whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing, etc. appear.
Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria, etc. appear.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc. appear.
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document: dry mouth, drowsiness
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
