With One L is a laxative that gently works to promote natural-like bowel movements by combining dietary fiber and herbal ingredients with lactic acid bacteria that reach the intestines.
● It supplements the fiber that tends to be lacking in daily diets, making it suitable for constipation caused by fiber deficiency.
● It is an easy-to-take yogurt-flavored granule.

●Efficacy/Effects
Constipation. Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: rough skin, pimples, heavy head, hot flashes, loss of appetite (decreased appetite), abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids

●Dosage and Administration

Take 1 to 3 times a day after meals. However, start with the minimum dose at first and gradually increase or decrease the dose while observing bowel movement conditions and status.
[Age: Single dose]
Adults (15 years and older): 3/4 to 1 packet
11 years and older but under 15 years: 1/2 to 2/3 packet
3 years and older but under 11 years: 1/4 to 1/3 packet
Under 3 years: Do not take.

(1) When giving to children, administer under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(3) Swallow without chewing with a glass of water or lukewarm water (about 180 mL).
