● Features
A "head/neck boil" that suddenly causes a sharp stabbing pain the moment you touch it with your hand.
A "buttocks boil" that throbs painfully while sitting. Moreover, the pain can persist stubbornly for more than a week...
For those painful boils that appear on various parts of the body and you want to heal quickly.
Odekure EX is an effective treatment for "painful boils" that discharge pus and reduce swelling.
■ Mechanism of occurrence of "painful boils"
A "boil" is a skin disease characterized by "pus" and "swelling" caused by bacterial infection of hair follicles, accompanied by painful "pain."
Step (1)
Bacteria invade and multiply in the hair follicle.
Step (2)
The battle (inflammatory response) between immune cells and bacteria begins, causing the hair follicle to become red and "swollen."
Step (3)
"Pus," which is dead immune cells and bacteria, accumulates more and more, leading to a "pus-filled swollen" state. At this stage, the "pus" and "swelling" strongly press on the pain nerves, causing severe pain.
■ Odekure EX that "discharges pus and reduces swelling"
For the treatment of "painful boils," it is effective to approach both "pus" and "swelling."
Odekure EX contains "sulfadiazine (antibacterial agent)" to suppress suppuration and "diphenhydramine salicylate" to reduce swelling. By discharging pus and reducing swelling, it firmly treats "painful boils."
For suppuration
Sulfadiazine suppresses suppuration through its antibacterial action.
For swelling
Diphenhydramine salicylate reduces swelling.
Treatment points (1)
Since pus discharge may occur, if concerned, it is recommended to cover the area with gauze etc. after application.
Treatment points (2)
To prevent worsening due to reinfection by bacteria, continue using this product until redness subsides even after pus is gone and swelling and pain have eased.
Treatment points (3)
Do not squeeze the boil yourself. Damage to the affected area or reinfection by bacteria may prolong symptoms or cause scarring.
