Elpain Kowa is a medicine specifically for menstrual pain that is effective for pain unique to menstruation.
■ Product Features

● Does not contain ingredients that cause drowsiness.
● One small tablet per dose, easy to swallow.

● Dosage and Administration
Take the following amount with water or warm water, preferably avoiding an empty stomach.
Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet: up to 3 times
Children under 15 years: Do not take


<Precautions related to Dosage and Administration>
(1) Strictly follow the dosage and administration instructions.
(2) How to remove the tablet: Press firmly on the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet with your fingertip, break the aluminum foil on the back, remove the tablet, and take it.
(Accidentally swallowing the tablet with the foil can cause unexpected accidents such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)

● Precautions for Use
■Do not do (Contraindications)
(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen or side effects/accidents may occur more easily)
1. Do not take if you fall under any of the following:
(1) Have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
(2) Have had asthma triggered by this product, antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines.
(3) Children under 15 years old.
(4) Pregnant women within 12 weeks before the expected delivery date.
(5) Have been diagnosed with glaucoma.
2. Do not take any of the following medicines while taking this product:
Antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, sedatives, gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics, gastrointestinal medicines containing rot extract, motion sickness medicines.
3. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
(Symptoms such as blurred vision or abnormal glare may appear.)
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
5. Do not use for a long period continuously.

1. Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking if you fall under any of the following:
(1) Receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist.
(2) Pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
(3) Breastfeeding.
(4) Have had allergic reactions to medicines.
(5) Have symptoms such as difficulty urinating.
(6) Have been diagnosed with heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, or mixed connective tissue disease.
(7) Have had diseases such as gastric or duodenal ulcer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine, they may be side effects. Stop taking immediately and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.

Skin: Rash, redness, itching, bruising
Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, stomatitis, heartburn, indigestion, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool
Nervous system: Dizziness, headache
Circulatory system: Palpitations
Respiratory system: Shortness of breath
Urinary system: Difficulty urinating
Others: Blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling, nosebleed, bleeding gums, bleeding that is hard to stop, bleeding, back pain, excessive body temperature drop, fatigue, abnormal glare, flushing
Rarely, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.

Shock (Anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking, itching skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, consciousness disturbance, etc.
Stevens-Johnson syndrome (skin mucous membrane eye syndrome): High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip erosion, sore throat, widespread rash/redness on skin that persists or rapidly worsens.
Toxic epidermal necrolysis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip erosion, sore throat, widespread rash/redness on skin that persists or rapidly worsens.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite, etc.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea, etc.
Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting, etc. (These symptoms are especially reported in patients treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Asthma: Wheezing, whistling breath sounds, difficulty breathing.
Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria, etc.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet: constipation, dry mouth.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.
(There may be menstrual pain caused by some uterine disease.)

●Precautions for Storage and Handling
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or change the quality.)
(4) Be careful when storing and carrying so that the aluminum foil of the PTP is not torn and the tablets inside are not damaged.
(5) Do not take the product after the expiration date (printed on the outer box).
