Pylon PL Granules is a non-pyrazolone cold medicine that exhibits excellent effects on various cold symptoms such as "sore throat," "fever," and "runny nose" through the action of four active ingredients: salicylamide and acetaminophen as antipyretic analgesics, promethazine methylenedisalicylate as an antihistamine, and anhydrous caffeine which helps relieve pain.

Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness of the skin, systemic rash, fever, fatigue, swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.) appear.
