Usage and dosage
Adults (15 years and older) take 3 to 4 capsules per dose, twice a day in the morning and evening on an empty stomach with water or hot water. However, start with the minimum amount initially and gradually increase or decrease while monitoring bowel movements and condition (do not take if under 15 years old)
