It is a white sugar-coated Tablet containing four ingredients: dihydrocodeine phosphate as the main cough suppressant, dl-methyl ephedrine hydrochloride to relax bronchial tension, chlorpheniramine maleate as an antihistamine, and anhydrous caffeine.
