Using Yamaya's delicious mentaiko, we have created adult rusk with a mentaiko French bread style.
"Mentai Rusk" crafted by Hakata's long-established shop "Fukuya". Two types, sugar flavor with a spicy mentaiko powder kick and garlic flavor, are mixed, creating bite-sized rusks with an addictive sweetness, spiciness, and savory aroma. Individually wrapped for easy storage, perfect as a snack, appetizer, or gift. The shelf life is about 180 days from manufacture.
