With a variety of options including kelp tea, fruit pulp plum kelp tea, chili plum kelp tea, and kelp tea with dietary fiber, it can be used widely as a hidden flavor in cooking, for salt replenishment, or a quick refreshment. Delicious way to drink
- Put about 1 teaspoon (about 2g) of kelp tea into a cup.
- Pour 150–180ml of boiling water.
- Stir well to finish. Adding mitsuba or yuzu peel on top enhances the flavor.
*As a hidden flavor in cooking: Adding 1 to 2 teaspoons to mixed rice enhances the umami. It can also be used as a base for lightly pickled vegetables.
