People with sensitive skin should apply a small piece to a weak area on the inner arm before use to check for rash, redness, itching, or irritation. Bathing immediately after application or removal may cause strong irritation; remove at least one hour before bathing. Also, wait about 30 minutes after bathing before use.

Apply 1 to 2 times a day by peeling off the liner and sticking it to the affected area.

(6) People with sensitive skin should apply a small piece about 1–2 cm square to a weak area on the inside of the arm for more than half a day before use, and confirm that no rash, redness, itching, or irritation occurs.
(7) Bathing immediately after applying or removing the patch causes strong irritation; remove it at least one hour before bathing. Also, wait about 30 minutes after bathing before use.
