How to Use
1. Clean the skin by wiping off dirt and sweat before use. (If possible, disinfect with a commercially available disinfectant.)
2. Press the painful or stiff area with your finger and apply the patch correctly at a right angle to the skin surface, focusing on areas with pain or discomfort.
3. Every 2 to 3 days, slightly shift the position and replace with a new one.
