Indications and effects

Extract 1.00g + powder 0.375g
Nourishes blood and promotes overall blood circulation. Central herb for coldness, anemia, and irregular menstruation.
Cnidium (Senkyu)
Extract 1.00g + powder 0.375g
Activates blood circulation and helps relieve headaches, stiff shoulders, and menstrual pain.
Peony (Shakuyaku)
Extract 2.00g + powder 0.750g
Maximum amount included. Key herb that relaxes muscle tension and relieves pain, spasms, and menstrual pain.
Poria (Bukuryo)
Extract 1.33g + powder 0.500g
Expels excess water (water toxicity), improving swelling, dizziness, and palpitations.
Atractylodes (Byakujutsu)
Extract 1.33g + powder 0.500g
Strengthens gastrointestinal function and regulates water metabolism. Herb that removes dampness from the body.
Alisma (Takusha)
Extract 1.33g + powder 0.500g
Herbs that promote diuresis and water excretion, improving swelling, tinnitus, and dizziness.

This formula is suitable for those who are physically weak, prone to coldness and anemia, and get tired easily. It is especially suitable for women with soft muscles who tire easily (deficiency pattern). It may not be suitable for those who are physically robust or have an excess pattern.
What should I do if I cannot take it before meals?
Taking it before meals or on an empty stomach is recommended, but if you have a weak stomach and feel discomfort when taking it before meals, you can take it after meals. However, absorption is generally better before meals or on an empty stomach for effectiveness.
Can children take this medicine?
It can be taken from age 7 and up. Children aged 7 to under 15 should take 2/3 packets (about 1.0g) three times a day. Do not give it to children under 7. When giving it to children, be sure that a guardian manages and supervises the administration.
How many months can I continue taking it?
