It contains the maximum amount of vitamin A (retinol palmitate), a cornea-repairing ingredient, permitted within the standard range. By penetrating damaged corneal cells, it promotes hyaluronic acid production and supports corneal repair. It also promotes the production of mucin, which stabilizes tears, helping retain tears and care for eye strain caused by dryness and overuse (Method Patent No. 5549669). This mild level 0 formula contains no refreshing agents, making it less likely to sting when applied, and contains no preservatives such as benzalkonium chloride.
