● Dosage and Administration
Adults (15 years and older): 1.3g per dose; 8–14 years old: 0.65g per dose; take 3 times a day after meals or between meals. Do not give to children under 8 years old. (The included spoon holds about 1.3g when leveled off. Use the leveling plate on the inside of the lid. "Between meals" means 2–3 hours after eating.)

Take with water or lukewarm water.
When giving to children, ensure administration under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
