We will suspend shipping orders and responding to inquiries due to a Japanese public holiday.
Three-day holiday: Saturday, November 21 to Monday, November 23
As Monday, November 23 is Labor Thanksgiving Day, we will resume operations in sequence from Tuesday, November 24.

November Closure Dates

At MAMIGO, we are closed every Saturday and Sunday.

Also, Tuesday, November 3 (public holiday) is a Japanese public holiday, Culture Day, so we will be closed.
Orders and inquiries received during the closure will be handled in sequence starting Wednesday, November 4.

In addition, Monday, November 23 (public holiday) is a Japanese public holiday, Labor Thanksgiving Day, so we will be closed.
Therefore, we will suspend shipping orders and responding to inquiries for three days, from Saturday, November 21 to Monday, November 23 (public holiday) .

Orders and inquiries received during the holiday period will be handled in sequence starting Tuesday, November 24 .

  • After the holiday period from November 21 to 23, we will resume shipping orders and responding to inquiries in sequence from Tuesday, November 24 .
Information About Shipping and Delivery
  • We do not ship orders or respond to inquiries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese public holidays.
  • During the holiday period, logistics within Japan and export customs operations may be suspended or delayed.
  • Due to an increase in orders and shipments awaiting customs clearance after the holiday period, delivery may take longer than usual.
  • You can place orders in our online shop as usual during the closure. We will process shipments sequentially after business resumes.
