Apply to the affected area 1 to 2 times a day.

(1) When using on children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Do not warm the area where this product is applied with a kotatsu or electric blanket.
(3) Since you may feel strong stimulation, remove this product 1 hour before bathing. Also, use it about 30 minutes after bathing.
(4) Apply to clean skin on the affected area.
(5) People with sensitive skin should not apply continuously to the same area.
(6) When using this product for bruises or sprains, use it after the swelling has gone down.
