How to prepare (bag noodle type)
- Boil 450ml of water in a pot, add the noodles, and boil for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the included soup, and mix well.
- Serve in a bowl to complete. Top with green onions, chashu pork, and pickled ginger as you like.
* Adjust the noodle firmness to your preference. For Hakata ramen, "kata" (slightly shorter boiling time) is recommended.
