Vantelin Kowa Pap S is a Class 2 OTC pap patch containing indomethacin. The medicine penetrates the affected area and helps relieve symptoms such as shoulder pain associated with stiff shoulders, lower back pain, joint pain, muscle pain, tenosynovitis, elbow pain, bruises, and sprains. The high-adhesion, high-stretch pad stays firmly in place and is designed to stretch easily both vertically and horizontally. A pleasant cooling sensation supports application to the affected area.

Remove the liner (plastic film) and apply to the affected area up to twice daily. Strictly follow the dosage and administration. This medicine does not treat the underlying illness causing pain or swelling; it treats only those symptoms, so use it only when symptoms are present. If you are sweating or the affected area is wet, wipe thoroughly before use. Those with sensitive skin should, before use, apply a small piece to a sensitive area on the inner arm for at least half a day and confirm that no rash, redness, itching, irritation, or similar symptoms occur. Do not use in children under 15 years of age.

- Do not do the following (failure to follow may worsen current symptoms or make side effects more likely)
- Do not use if you are: (1) someone who has had allergic symptoms to this product or its ingredients; (2) someone who has had asthma; (3) a child under 15 years of age.
- Do not apply to the following areas: (1) around the eyes, mucous membranes, etc.; (2) eczema, irritation, or open wounds; (3) areas with athlete’s foot, ringworm, or other infections, or areas that are festering.
- Do not use continuously for more than 2 weeks.
- Consult: The following people should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use. (1) Those currently under a doctor’s care. (2) Those who are pregnant or may be pregnant. (3) Those who have had allergic symptoms to medicines or similar products.
- If any of the following symptoms appear after use, they may be side effects. Stop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this outer box. Skin: rash/redness, itching, swelling, irritation, stinging, heat sensation, dryness, subcutaneous bleeding
- If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days of use, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this outer box.

- Avoid high temperatures and store sealed in a cool place with low humidity, away from direct sunlight.
- Store out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to another container. (May cause misuse or change product quality.)
- To maintain quality, place unused portions after opening in the medicine pouch, fully close the zipper at the opening, seal, and store.

Peel off the liner (plastic film) and apply to the affected area up to twice a day.

(1) Strictly follow the dosage and administration instructions.
(2) This medicine does not treat the underlying disease causing pain or swelling but only treats symptoms such as pain and swelling, so use it only when symptoms are present.
(3) If you sweat or the affected area is wet, wipe it well before use.
(4) People with sensitive skin should apply a small piece about 1–2 cm square to a sensitive area on the inside of the arm for more than half a day before use to confirm that no rash, redness, itching, or irritation occurs.
