Yakult DHA & EPA500 DHA & EPA500

This dietary supplement contains 300mg of DHA, 200mg of EPA, and 10mg of vitamin E per 5 capsules. The recommended daily amount (5 capsules) provides half the recommended daily amount (500mg) by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and also contains vitamin E (10mg). This soft capsule type makes it easy to supplement even for those who dislike the distinctive fishy smell.

Dosage and Instructions: As a dietary supplement, take 5 tablets per day with water or lukewarm water.
