● Dosage and Administration
Usually, adults take 2 tablets once a day before bedtime or several hours before expected bowel movement, swallowing them whole with water or lukewarm water.
Adults:

(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) Take preferably on an empty stomach.
(3) Avoid taking within one hour after antacids* or milk. (This medicine may dissolve in the stomach due to antacids or milk, reducing its expected effect.)
 *Antacids: Ingredients found in many stomach medicines that neutralize stomach acid.
(4) Do not chew or crush the tablets; swallow them whole. (This medicine has a special coating to ensure the active ingredient works effectively in the large intestine.)
(5) How to remove tablets:
 Press firmly on the raised part of the PTP sheet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out the tablet and take it. (Swallowing the tablet with the packaging may cause unexpected accidents such as injury to the esophageal mucosa.)
