Open the bag immediately before use
Take the heat pack out of the bag immediately before use.

Peel off the liner and attach to clothing
Peel off the release liner and attach to clothing without rubbing, taking care not to let it come into direct contact with the skin.

Carefully remove from clothing
When removing from clothing, do not pinch the nonwoven fabric; insert your fingers into an area without adhesive and peel off slowly.
