High-density polyurethane nonwoven fabric made from ultrafine fibers half the thickness
The “high-density polyurethane nonwoven fabric” used in “CareleavesTM” is approximately half as thin as conventional polyurethane nonwoven fabric. This creates a fine-textured, beautiful finish. It is also highly flexible and stretches almost uniformly in all directions, fitting flexibly to every movement of the skin. In addition, embossing the entire tape surface brings its slipperiness closer to that of the skin. These material properties provide excellent conformity to the skin and a comfortable, natural-feeling fit.

Fits securely around fingers and curved areas
High-density polyurethane nonwoven fabric stretches well both vertically and horizontally, so it fits securely even when you move or bend your fingers. It also follows subtle movements of the skin, reducing stress on the skin. It is gentle and comfortable to wear, with less likelihood of causing irritation.
Excellent breathability helps reduce skin stuffiness
The combination of highly breathable high-density polyurethane nonwoven fabric and an adhesive designed for breathability helps reduce skin stuffiness and almost completely prevents the skin from becoming white and waterlogged.
Low-irritation adhesive that minimizes the removal of skin cells
When a bandage is removed, the shedding of skin cells from the skin’s surface can also cause skin irritation. CareleavesTM reduces irritation caused by replacement by minimizing the removal of skin cells.

Wrap it around the fingertip and fit it securely
STEP1: Peel off one separator and place the pad over the wound.
STEP2: Peel off the other separator, fold it around the fingertip, and join the facing adhesive surfaces without creating wrinkles.
STEP3: With the remaining two ends lightly stretched without overextending them, wrap them around the fingertip so there are no lifted areas, wrinkles, or gaps, then press firmly to ensure good adhesion.
