Colgen Kowa Rhinitis Sustained Relief Capsule is an oral medication for rhinitis that is highly effective against the various symptoms of painful rhinitis.
●The capsules contain granules that dissolve first and start working, and granules that dissolve slowly and take effect later, so it is effective when taken twice a day.
●It is taken twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, making it easy to take for people who are busy during the day or who often go out during the day.
●Can be taken by children aged 7 and above.

Efficacy and effectiveness

Relief of the following symptoms due to acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis or sinusitis: sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose, watery eyes, sore throat, heavy head

Dosage and Administration

Take the following amount with water or warm water.

Adults (15 years and older): 2 capsules, twice a day, morning and evening
Ages 7 to 15: 1 capsule, 2 times a day, morning and evening

1. The following people should not take this medicine:
(1) People who have experienced allergic symptoms due to this drug or its ingredients.
(2) People with the following symptoms: Difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement
(3) People who have been diagnosed with the following: high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorder, or diabetes.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
Other oral medications for rhinitis, oral medications containing antihistamines (cold medicines, antitussives, expectorants, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, etc.), gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics
3. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
(Symptoms such as drowsiness, blurred vision, and abnormal glare may occur.)
4. Do not use for long periods of time

(6) People who have experienced insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremors, or palpitations due to cold medicines, cough suppressants, expectorants, oral medications for rhinitis, etc.
(7) People with the following symptoms: high fever, difficulty urinating, or swelling
(8) People who have been diagnosed with the following: glaucoma, kidney disease
(9) People receiving treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (such as selegiline hydrochloride).
(Selegiline hydrochloride is used to treat Parkinson's disease.)
2. If the following symptoms occur after taking this medicine, these may be side effects, so stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this package insert.

Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
Neuropsychiatric: dizziness, insomnia, irritability, headache, convulsions

In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. If this occurs, consult a doctor immediately.

Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking the medicine, symptoms may include itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, shortness of breath, palpitations, and confusion.
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, widespread rash and redness on the skin, small bumps (pustules) appearing on the red skin, general fatigue, loss of appetite, etc. may persist or suddenly worsen.
Pseudoaldosteronism: In addition to fatigue, numbness, tightness, and stiffness in the arms and legs, weakness and muscle pain appear and gradually become stronger.
Myopathy: In addition to fatigue, numbness, tightness, and stiffness in the arms and legs, weakness and muscle pain appear and gradually become stronger.
Aplastic anemia: Symptoms include bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, and blood in the urine.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this package insert: dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, blurred vision.
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for 5 to 6 days, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this package insert.


Storage and handling precautions

(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers. (This may cause misuse or change the quality.)
(4) Please be careful when storing or carrying the product to prevent the aluminum foil of the PTP from tearing or the capsules inside from becoming deformed.
(5) Do not take products after the expiration date (listed on the outer box).
